·        Stable credit history,

·        Landlord references

RENTAL APPLICATION PROCESS

1.      Submit your Rental Application Online, or contact our office for paper applications 780-723-5550.

2.      Our team meets to review and short-list potential renters.

3.      If you are selected, we will invite you for a viewing of the properties.

4.      Sign a rental agreement and debit authorization for 1st Month’s Rent and Security Deposit.

5.      On move-in day, we will do a walk-through with you to document the initial condition of the property.
